Marek Pavlovski
Owner + PM
Marek Pavlovski is a graduate of the "Fame" school in NYC and Northwestern University, specializing in theatre and film production as a technical director and scenic artist. He transitioned into commercial experience design and production servicing brands such as Indeed, 21st Century Fox, CityMD, MUJI, Dior, Target, Isabel Marant, NIKE, Everlane, and iHeartRadio. He began as a home remodeler in 2015 as the COO and lead craftsman for Vann Jordan, inc.. In 2019 he founded BIND Interiors, a design + build contractor, which he moved to Bozeman, MT in 2020. His work is on Main St, the ONYX Tile Design Center. Marek Pavlovski brings his love of storytelling, systems design, and craftsmanship to every client's home.

Erika Culmer
Architect + PM
Erika Culmer is a Notre Dame graduate, licensed architect, and experienced project manager with over a decade of experience in commercial and luxury multifamily architecture. Completing over 100 projects, she has a developed system for project managing that values clear and timely communication, and correctly coordinated results. She strives to make projects an enjoyable process while delivering excellence to her clients.

Luke Antonacci
Construction manager + PM
Luke Antonacci originally hails from the Atlanta, Georgia area where his remodeling career brought him all over the state. Luke is a seasoned framer and trim carpenter who has worked besides all his tradesmen to acquire an holistic understanding of the industry. He developed a love for the west and ranch life and moved across the United States building cabins, lodges, and other ranch infrastructure until settling in Bozeman, MT. Luke Antonacci lives for bird-hunting, fishing, and fine whiskey, especially with good company.

Katherine George
Administrator + PM
Katherine George owns and operates Tailored Firm, a business-organization consultancy that streamlines operations across industries. She builds customized systems for digital files, digitizing, stationery workflows, email management, and administration—driving clarity and efficiency. As an independent contractor, she also partners with DOMU as Administrator + PM, applying her systems discipline to high-end residential and commercial remodels. An MSU alumna (B.S., Agricultural Business), Katherine’s early career managing a Montana farm/ranch co-op shaped her operational rigor. Originally from Billings and based in the Gallatin Valley for 15+ years, she’s also held roles in real estate and property management. Known for meticulous detail and a proactive approach, she coordinates complex workflows and timelines to exacting standards.
